Jatin Batra
Director & Founder
Jatin Batra founded Stride Study Abroad in 2022 with a strong vision to bring transparency, strategic thinking, and long-term planning into the education consultancy space.
Working in the education industry since 2016, he has developed deep expertise in international admissions, visa processes, and global education systems. His approach is not transactional it is transformational. He believes that every student’s academic decision must align with long-term career growth and financial clarity.
As Director, he focuses on vision, strategic direction, and ensuring that Stride maintains ethical, student-first practices.
Radhika Mandavia
Director of Operations
Radhika has been actively working in the education industry since 2017. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience as a counsellor, university representative, and career counsellor.
Her strength lies in understanding student psychology and guiding them with patience and clarity. At Stride Study Abroad, she works closely with students throughout the entire process from initial counselling sessions to application support and final documentation.
As Director of Operations, she leads the team of tutors and counsellors, ensures smooth coordination, and drives strategic execution to maintain high service standards.
Her hands-on involvement ensures that every student feels supported, guided, and confident at each stage.
